Name of the Post : HR Executives in SMGS – IV

Pay Scale : Rs 30,600 – 900 / 4 – 34,200 – 1000 / 2 – 36,200

No. of Posts : 15 (UR – 08 / OBC – 04 / SC – 02 / SC – 01

Qualification : PG Degree and /or Degree / Diploma in Business Administration (2 years full time course ; Part time Courses or Correspondence Courses are not accepted)

Post Qualification Experience : Candidate should have minimum 5 years post qualification experience in a Bank / Public Sector Units or a reputed organization deemed fit at the Bank’s sole discretion, in the area of HR.

Age : 30 to 35 years ( Relaxation as per Bank Rules)
