Repco Bank Recruitment - Graduate Apprentice Scheme for Repatriates' Children

Repco Bank is  providing Vocational Training under Graduate Apprentice scheme exclusively for  Repatriates’  children so as  to help them to attain suitable  skills  in banking and make them employable in banking sector. In this regard Repco Bank invites application from Repatriates’ children for Graduate Apprentice Training.

Stipend : The Graduate Apprentices shall be paid a stipend of Rs.5000/- per month for the  first year and Rs. 6000/- per month during the second year.

Note :  Graduate Apprentice who served not less than  two years satisfactorily and without any adverse remarks will  become eligible for regularization in the Clerical  Cadre.  Subject to eligibility norms and Bank schemes.

Eligibility Criteria :

Category : Only Repatriate Children are eligible to apply.

Educational  Qualification :  Only  graduates/post  graduates  in  arts,  science, commerce,  engineering,  Management  or any other  discipline are  eligible to apply under  the scheme.  Should have  passed in single  attempt  from recognised Indian University after regular stream of (10,+2) education. MBA/Accounts Graduates are preferred. Further certification/  diploma  /  as  any subject in UG/PG is desirable.

Local Language Knowledge :  Candidates should be proficient with local language of South India.

Age Limit : Fresh Graduates – 22 years ; PG Graduates – 24 years

Selection Process: Written Test, Candidates who qualify in Written test would be called for Interview. Final selection will be based on Written test and Interview.
