Punjab University invites interested Candidates for Walk -In –
Interview for the Post of Assistant Professors in the following P.U.
Constituent Colleges/P.U. Regional Centre/Centre/Institute/Department.
The Posts are purely on temporary basis for the Academic Session 2012-13
or till the regular posts are filled in through proper selection,
whichever is earlier.
Name of the Post : Assistant Professors - 34 Posts
Departments : Management and Tourism, Indian Theatre, Biotechnology, NanoScience and NanoTechnology, Punjabi, Hindi, Political Science, Commerce, History, Physical Education, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics and English.
Remuneration : The posts carry the basic pay plus other allowances admissible as per University rules.
How to Apply : Candidates should apply in the prescribed application form before 22nd August 2012. No separate intimation will be sent. Candidates are required to Attend interview with Bio-data (ten copies) alongwith original and duly attested photocopies of testimonials, certificates/Degrees in the Office of the Vice-Chancellor.
