Bhopal Medical Hospital and Research Centre – Indian Council of Medical Research

BMHRC, a 350 Bed Super- Specialty Hospital Under Department of Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) invites applications from eligible Indian citizens for the posts of Senior Residents in the following disciplines :

Discipline :

1. Anaethesiology  – 06 Posts (OBC – 01 ; UR – 05)

2. Medicine Group – 09 Posts (OBC – 02 ; UR – 06 ; SC – 01)

3. Microbiology – 02 Posts UR

4. Pathology – 01 Post UR

5. Pulmonary Medicine – 03 Posts UR

6. Psychiatry – 02 Posts UR

7. Radiology – 01 Post UR

8. Surgery Group – 08 Posts (OBC – 03 ; UR – 02 ; SC – 02 ; ST – 01)

Pay Scale : PB-3 (15600-39100) + GP of Rs.6600 + 25% NPA + other admissible allowances (Approximate emoluments Rs. 54,925/- per month).

Educational  Qualification : MBBS with postgraduate Degree or Diploma (approved by MCI) in the concerned specialty.

Note : Candidates with Diploma, will only be considered if P.G. Degree candidates are not available.

Registration : Candidate must have/or applied for Additional Registration for PG Degree or Diploma with MCI/ State Medical Councils. In case selected by BMHRC, they should register themselves with M.P. Medical Council.

Age Limit : 33 years (Relaxation – SC/ST – 5 years ; OBC – 03 years) as on 31-08-2012.

Tenure : The tenure of Senior Resident is for Three Years including any service rendered as Senior Resident earlier on adhoc/regular basis in any Govt. of India / State Government hospital. The appointment will be initially for a period of one year, which could be extended for a period of three years on an annual basis subject to the satisfactory work & conduct report from the concerned HOD.

Application Fee : Rs.500/- (Rs.100/- for SC/ST ) – Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Bhopal Memorial Hospital & Research Centre” and payable at Bhopal.
