Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) incorporated in 1954 under the Companies Act, 1913 is the country’s leading electronics Company and a pioneer in the electronics revolution in India. It is a Schedule 'A' Navaratna PSU under the administrative control of Department of Defence Production and Supplies, Ministry of Defence.
The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) is seeking qualified candidates for the post of DIRECTOR ( MARKETING ), Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) in schedule “A” of the CPSE, the scale of pay of the post being Rs.75,000-1,00,000/-(Revised).

Pay Scale : Rs. 75,000—1,00,000/-
Qualification and Experience : The incumbent should be a graduate from a recognized university with good academic record and having at least two years of cumulative marketing experience during the last ten years in an organization of repute. Persons with MBA/Technical qualifications with specialization in marketing discipline and experience at a senior level in marketing in an organization of repute and persons with experience in Market Research, Product development, sales, forecasting and planning in manufacturing industry preferably in electronics sector will have added advantage. Provided that minimum qualification is relaxable in exceptional cases of internal candidates with very sound background and experience.
