Delhi Police, Govt. of Delhi issued Notification for the
Recruitment of 21 Post of Assistant Sub Inspectors (Finger Print) ASI. Details are as follows :
Post Name : Assistant Sub Inspector (Finger Print)
Total No. of Posts : 21 (UR – 10, OBC – 06, SC – 04, ST – 01)
Qualification : Graduate in Science, Physics or Chemistry or Maths or Zoology or Anthropology OR +2/HSC with Science or Maths and having served for 3 years in any
Finger Print Bureau. OR C.F.S.I or F.S.I personnel dealing with the Science of
Finger Prints or Single Digit Section of C.R.O. OR Serving Head Constables of Single Digit
Section of Finger Print Bureau with atleast 5 years Service in the Grade and 2
years experience in the Trade.
Scale of Pay : Rs.5200 - 20200 + GP Rs.2800/-
Age Limit : 18 – 25 years (Upper age for OBC – 28 yrs and SC/ST/Sports
Persons – 30 yrs)
Application fee : General and OBC Candidates have to pay Rs.100/- as application fee (NIL Fee for SC/ST/EX-Servicemen) : by way of Demand Draft in favour of DCP, Recruitment Cell, New Police Lines, Delhi.
